Hokejowa Reprezentacja Artystów Polskich (lit. Hockey Representation of Polish Artists) was founded on the initiative of Robert Janowski, Andrzej Nejman, Przemysław Sadowski and Mariusz Gabrek in January 2003, after a football match of Reprezentacja Artystów (lit. Representation of Artists) in Tychy.
